Flawless Selection is a property development business founded by Lauren Heley in 2020 who started developing, refurbishing and designing properties, after learning from her family who have successful experience in Property Development. Lauren studied in London where she achieved a First Class Honours Degree in Property Development and Management, followed by achieving a Masters Degree from UCL University in Housing and City Planning. Lauren also has a strong passion for Interior Design and furnishes her projects herself.

Mike Howell joined Flawless Selection in 2023, after a career in Oil Trading, and Mike and Lauren now work alongside each other. 

 

Based in Quinta do Lago in the Algarve, Portugal, we focus on pioneering new and innovative property development projects in the area. 

 

Our overall goal is to build quality homes featuring high end materials, and precise construction methods in a timely manner to ensure a seamless process. We treat each build as if it were our own. We prioritise trust, integrity and honesty, and we’re also dedicated to minimising our environmental impact and are taking steps to ensure that our upcoming developments incorporate eco-friendly and green features, both inside and out.
